Description

  • Single Bracket: 20cm. high 18cm. wide; 8in., 7in. First pair: each: 17cm. high, 11cm. wide; 6¾in., 4¼in. Second pair: each 12cm. high, 9.5cm. wide 4¾in., 3¾in.
together with two pairs of Italian carved giltwood small brackets, Genoese, mid 18th century

Condition

Singlet Bracket Some very minor chips and the top has strange black dots. Some very minor losses to gilding. Construction crack where top meets the bracket, as visible from photograph. First Pair Both have been restored and touched up with gilt paint in places. One of the brackets has been touched up but needs regilding in part. Some minor chips to gilding and carving. Some very minor losses to carved sections. In overall good condition. Second Pair Both brackets restored but this has been well executed and is hardly noticeable. Some very minor chips to the gilding. In overall good condition.
