14-cm chapter ring with Roman numerals and blued Breguet hands, subsidiaries for seconds, date and polychrome enamel moonface, movement with twelve spoke greatwheel and pinwheel escapement, gridiron pendulum, with beat adjustment to the crutch, separate mechanism for the countwheel bell striking mounted below in the reversed Y-shaped brass frame, signed Verneuil à Paris, mounted on a moulded black plinth on bun feet under a glass dome
Condition
chapterring in good condition. Three unidentified holes in dial plate, but chapterring probably original. Other dials in good condition. Movement recently cleaned and in good condition. Pendulum probably had a knife-edge suspension, now with steel suspension. Together with a later custom made dome in the right form. With pendulum and a winder
