  • 92cm. high.
modelled as a male and female Bacchic holding aloft a palm leaf, supporting the crown with scroll candle arms, profusely cast with floral and grapevine motifs, standing upon sphere and high square baluster-shaped socle, cast with acanthus and thyrsus motif, on square plinth, alterations

Condition

In overall good condition with some minor dents, marks, scratches and wear to the gilding / patination. Minor warping to the candle arms. Proper right hand of female restored. Socle to female with two small drill holes to the reverse corners of the plinth. Sections of the candelabrum slightly loose in their joints and thus slightly displaced. Alterations.
