16.5-cm enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals and engraved pierced gilt hands, outer five minute marking and red date numerals, skeletonized centre revealing the substantial flat bottomed anchor movement with countwheel striking on a bell, gridiron pendulum knife-edge suspended from the lyre shaped case with trailing rose garlands and surmounted by a sunburst mask, well cast and chiseled in yellow and rosé ormolu,  scrolling leaves to the sides, oval moulded plinth with a drape and geometrical border
