Description
each backrest enclosing a lyre, the padded armrests on down scrolled supports, on fluted and tapering legs
Provenance
According to the present owner, this set was complemented by a ninth armchair, signed I.B. Lelarge which he sold separately circa 30 years ago.
Condition
In reasonably good condition, with the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age and use, overall with restorations to the constructions, for example to the legs and lyres, one lyre with broken splat, several lyres partly loose. Highly recommendable lot.
