Description

  • bust 28cm. high.
together with a gilt-bronze, porphyry and painted slate tazza, the loose bowl supported by three tritons, raised on three paw feet, damages, and a patinated bronze figural candlestick all'antica modelled as a faun

Condition

Bust: in overall good condition with few minor chips. Minor losses to the painted parts of the marble. Tazza: larger restored chip to the bowl, smaller rim chips; gilding refreshed; the slate base partly painted to imitate porphyry, minor frits to the rims. Faun: minor dents, marks, scratches and wear to the patination.
