Description

Centring on an octagonal sapphire weighing 24.52 carats, set between baguette diamond shoulders, size K ½, case by W H Clarke, 31, School Lane, LIVERPOOL.

Condition

Stamped platinum to inside of band. Colour change sapphire weighing 24.52 carats, a medium slightly greyish blue in incandescent light and strong violet in daylight, scratches, abraded facets and nicks, typical inclusions visible with a 10x lens. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.60 carats, bright, lively stones. Evidence of resizing to the band. In good condition.
