with two frieze drawers

Old marks chips, scratches and gouges commensurate with age and water stains to the top. There is a crack in the top which shows evidence of previous restoration but is opening up again which is stapled with metal staples beneath. There are old restorations generally e.g. a section of foot has been added on the scroll and the drawers have been partially relined and there have been later sections replaced to the mouldings and the batons beneath the top are probably later replacements. There are three rectangular shaped orafices which would seem to indicate that the drawers had locks, but there is no evidence of this. Short section of rear right baton missing where it slots into the table top. In otherwise good restored condition.
