the terrestrial globe made up of twelve hand-coloured engraved gores and marked with the ecliptic and analemma, signed in a cartouche Cary's New Terrestrial Globe, Made & Sold by G & J Cary, 86 St James's Street, Jan. 4 1826; the celestial globe made up of twelve hand-coloured engraved gores, signed in a cartouche Cary's New Celestial Globe, Made & Sold by J & W Cary, Strand, London 1816, each mounted in a brass meridian ring on ebonised stands with engraved and coloured horizon rings 

Terrestrial globe is dirty and with some staining and losses to the gores, cracks to the globe. Celestial globe in generally good condition, some minor losses. Both stands with old scuffs and marks throughout, horizon rings are dirty and with some losses and tears particularly to the edges.
