Description

  • 78cm. high, 137cm. wide, 74cm. deep; 2ft. 6¾in., 4ft. 6in.,2ft. 5in.
the grey marble top above a foliate carved scroll frieze, the legs carved with eagles, shells and acanthus leaves, on claw and ball feet

Condition

Good overall condition, the top has a few very minor old chips. There is a vertical separation and repair to the right hand side in the frieze above the front leg. General characterisitc age cracks to cross-grain mouldings. Minor old marks and scratches throughout. A very convincing colour and patina. Quality of timber consistent with 18th century prototypes.
