probably Jacob Petit. The vases possibly lacking covers.

Condition

Vases: they prbably both had covers which are now lacking. One has been re-gilt around the entire lower portion of the base above the feet and the gilding touched-up around the upper portion of the base along the edge; the feet have some touch-ups to the gilding and there are similar touch-ups to the gilding beneath the body of the vase above the waisted foot. The other vsae has touch-ups to the gilding of all the corners of the base and some minor wear to the gilding at the top of the waisted foot. Clockcase: the molded border around the upper portion of the base has been re-gilt. The corner of each foot at the front has a large gilt-over chip.
