far right canvas signed Hébér Lippmann, the reverse with painted and parcel-gilt stamped leather.
Condition
Overall fair condition; the oil on canvas panels with minor areas of restoration; one panel with three areas of inpainting and possible repairs to canvas; the reverse with two horizontal tears to first panel; a horizontal tear to the second panel; a vertical tear and a semi-circular tear to the third panel as well as a small semi-circular tear to the side; large tear to the bottom right corner of the fourth panel and with wear along the lines of construction; wear, chips, losses and stress cracks and tears to the painted and parcel-gilt leather panels which are dry and delicate; some bottom wood panels slightly loose; the wood frame with old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
