- 15cm. 6in. high
silvered engine-turned dial, the repeating bell striking movement with replaced lever platform escapement, signed and numbered on the backplate Paul Garnier, Paris, 487, the moulded 'one-piece' case with removable front and top panels; together with the original travelling case
Condition
Dial in generally good condition. Movement is reasonably clean and looks as though it would run, early conversion to lever platform escapement replacing the original 'chaffcutter'. Case in good condition. Original travelling case a little worn and scuffed. With a modern winder.
