Condition

This tapestry has old lining - detached in places. Recommend re-lining, with Velcro attached to top for hanging in the future. Some patches visible underneath the detached lining. Recommend some attention and cleaning. Largely original blue and yellow selvedge on left vertical side, otherwise new and discoloured selvedge on other three sides. Faded colours generally. Some warps showing in places, and need to be repaired to stabilise them. Areas of sky distressed in same way, and need minor attention. Repairs and condition commensurate with age.
