Description

  • blue wheel mark, incised I.R
  • 17cm., 6¾in.
modelled by J.P.Melchior, a mother seated with three children and a basket of of fruit at her feet (one handle of basket lacking, some chips)

Condition

one handle of basket lacking. Chip to brim of boy's hat. Shallow chip to edge of other boy's jacket. Chip to reverse of base, approx. 1in. by ½in. Minor chips around base and to woman's bow on her black bodice.
