Description
- 137cm. high, 112cm. wide, 40cm. deep; 4ft. 6in., 3ft. 8in., 1ft. 3¾in.
with a grey marble top and cut brass inlay, the pair of doors enclosing a shelf
Condition
Good overall conditon. Small section of glass broken from mirror back but this is hidden from view by the shelf. General old marks and scratches consistent with age. Very good colour and patina. Paterae mounts to the frieze possibly later. Excellent quality with lovely mounts

Catalogue Note
The pilasters on the present lot are of near identical form to those on a cabinet attributed to George Bullock and with provenance from H.M. Queen Mary, Marlborough House, London, Sold Sotheby's London, 4 July 1997, lot 107. A design by Bullock for the later cabinet survives among the Wilkinson Tracings in the Birmingham City Art Museum, p. 86
