with a Vitruvian scroll corona above twelve scrolled candlearms, the whole hung with beads and needle-shaped drops 

Gilding slightly darker overall and more attractive than in catalogue illustration. The gilt-bronze is slightly dirty, and the piece would benefit from a light clean according to taste. Seven needle-shaped drops are off and broken, but present, and it is hardly noticeable that they are lacking. An unusual attractive design in overall good condition. Exact measurements for this piece (without suspension chain and at largest points). 103cm. high and 88cm. wide.
