Description
- 89cm. high, 194cm. wide, 86cm. deep; 2ft. 11in., 6ft. 4½in., 2ft. 10in.
in Régence manner, with an inset marble top, the frieze cented with a coronet, raised on figural and foliate carved supports joined by a shaped undertier, the underside with a label in Spanish which translated reads:
`This table was commissioned in France for the Marques de Castromonia don Francisco/ Later passed on don Francisco/, later to his son don Alvaro/ Chilean diplomat and to his daughter Maria/ as a wedding gift in 1946 and to her husband don Nicolas de Antunano.'

Condition
Generally this piece is in good condition. The onyx top is cracked and has been repaired. There are minor chips and losses to the gilding throughout consistent with age and use.
