Condition
Good overall condition. Minor veneer restoration patches to one top. Both tops with very minor fine age cracks and some feint evidence of movement to carcass boards beneath veneers. Possible veneer restoration to plinths. Tooled leather fringes to adjustable shelves renewed. Good colour. Rare survival of a pair of bookcases of this form in birdseye maple.
