Description

well-potted with rounded flared sides, applied with a strawberry-red glaze pooling to a deeper color towards the foot, the interior and base glazed white, the base inscribed with a six-character mark in underglaze blue

Condition

In good overall condition, with an iron spot and pinprick on the interior. One small pinhole on the rim with an associated 1/2 inch discolored area. The top 1/2 inch from the exterior rim has three semi-circular areas of discoloration to the glaze where it is slightly lighter, together forming approximately half the diameter of the rim.
