each cast in the form of a circular handle issuing forth from the jaws of a finely cast taotie mask with S-shaped horns, scales and tiny curvilinear quills filling out the space between (2)

On loan to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York (1967-2009).

Condition

Both ring handles are in overall good condition and very finely cast. They are covered with a very fine light green patina.
