Both boxes and covers are in good overall condition with the exception of charcateristic minor pitting and shrinkage to the enamels, minor nibbles to the enamel around the rims and a 3 x15mm. area of loss to the enamel at the rim of the circular box, and minor rubbing to the gilded decoration.
