Description

the deep rounded sides rising from a short straight foot, painted to the interior in deep cobalt-blue tones with a medallion enclosing a dragon writhing amidst fire scrolls, the exterior similarly decorated

Condition

The bowl is in good overall condition apart from four chips to the rim (approx. 6mm, 6mm, 5mm, 4mm); three areas of discolouration to the rim; a 5mm chip to the foot; a pin head-size glaze gap to the base of the exterior; and very light overall scratches to the glaze.
