comprising a figure of Qu Yuan, dressed in loose-fitting robes and holding a scroll in his left hand and standing on a rockwork base, a figure of Wen Chang, wearing loose-fitting robes and a high hat and holding a ruyi sceptre in his left hand, seated on a rockwork base, and a figure of Guanyin, standing on rockwork holding a bowl in her left hand

Condition
These three figures are in good condition, with the exception of:
The figure of Qu Yuan: loss of separately constructed and attached moustache, beard and sideburns; restoration to a section of rockwork on the base to his right (approx. 5cm diameter), to the pinkie finger of his right hand, to the protruding top left corner of the scroll, to the top sections of the sashes extending from his cap; restoration and repainting to the ties around his waist; short hairline firing cracks to the underside of the base, including one with an associated chip; hairline firing lines on either side of his collar; glaze-firing hairline cracks concentrated to the base; minor flakes to the glaze around the edge of the base; and minute nibbles and rubbing to the edges of the robe; and very light overall scratches to the glaze.
The figure of Wen Qiang: restoration to the upper two-thirds of the hat lapels; short hairline firing cracks to the underside of the base, five of which are visible extending slightly up the side of the base; a 0.5cm flake to the glaze on the rockwork to his right and another to the left back corner; hairline firing lines to the back of the figure and to the rockwork, particularly to the back; minute nibble to the edges of his robes; and very light overall scratches to the glaze.
The figure of Guanyin: losses to the tips of the index and middle fingers of her left hand; restoration to the last two fingers of her right hand, to the edge of her upper robe on her left (approx. 1.2cm), to the edge of her veil on her left (approx. 2cm); short hairline firing cracks to the inside of her right sleeve and one to the underside of the base; short hairline firing lines to the back of her head and left side of her body, to the bottom of the robe on her left, two to her right sleeve, to the edges of her veil and robes, and one to the rockwork base; a 0.2cm chip to the veil near her right ear; minute nibbles to the edges of her veil and robes; minor glaze-firing imperfections; and very light overall glaze scratches.
