Description

the delicately modelled figure dressed in loose-fitting robes, with an elaborate jewelled necklace and headdress, her hands clasped at the front, standing on breaking waves, impressed mark to the reverse

Condition

With the exception of the loss to the tip of the pinkie of her left hand and to the thumb of the right hand; four hairline firing cracks to the base (approx. 1.5cm, 3cm, 6cm, 7cm); loss of the tips of two extremities of the crown; a hairline firing crack to her left lock of hair, two to her right shoulder, several to the bottom and ends of her robes, one to her waist below her left arm, one to her neck, and several tiny firing cracks to the jewellery; a chip to the bottom tip of the robes to her right; and very minor overall glazing imperfections and scratches to the glaze.
