Description

carved and pierced with a young boy paddling a log raft, to the fore of the raft stands a large basket with peony blooms and to the aft stands a crane holding a lingzhi spray in its beak, the stone of very pale celadon-white tone

Condition

With the exception of minor nibbles to the lotus leaves on the reverse, this carving is in very good condition. Please note that the stone is of a slightly more celadon tone than the catalogue illustration would suggest.
