Description

the evenly white translucent stone deeply carved in high-relief with a figure of the Bodhisattva of Compassion seated in lalitasana with the right hand holding a tilted bottle and the left holding a sprig of willow, seated in a rocky grotto with left foot resting on a lotus flower rising out of the turbulent water below, the reverse carved with a narrow staircase leading to mountain pavilions nestled amidst pine trees

Condition

The overall condition is very good. The stone is evenly bright white. There is light wear to the corner edges around the base.
