Brought to the United States circa 1934, by Gertrude Morgenroth, Great Neck, New York.
Thence by descent to Eva Lande.
Thence by descent to the present owner.

Condition

The rim of this bowl has been ground down. There are scratches to the exterior of the bowl, particularly close to the rim. There is a horizontal area spanning 2cm long just under the rim where the glaze has been scratched off. One iron spot and negligible kiln grit on the interior well. The body is slightly more bluish-white than the bright white that the catalogue image suggests.
