Description

the pebble carved with a small smiling boy holding a large leafy fruiting peach spray over his back, the stone of white tone with areas of russet skin 

Provenance

Acquired in Paris, 1962.

Condition

With the exception of very minor nibbles to the extremities of the carving and a russet inclusion to the peach, this piece is in excellent condition.
