carved to the exterior with a deer and crane beside the 'Three Friends of Winter' pine, prunus and bamboo amongst rockwork, covered in a pale yellow glaze, 15cm, 5 7/8 in, together with  a small pale yellow-glazed seal paste box and cover, carved with two dragons in relief

This brushpot is in good condition, but does have some iron spots and pitting to the glaze. The box and cover is in good condition, but also has some iron spots and pitting to the glaze in the interior.
