Description

the deep rounded sides rising from a short tapering foot to a slightly everted rim, painted in rich cobalt-blue tones to the interior with a medallion enclosing a flower head floating on a wave ground, the exterior with the Eight Trigrams divided by alternating clouds and cranes in flight, all above a rock and foaming wave band at the base

Condition

This bowl has a 3.5cm by 3mm area of restoration to the rim and a 3.8cm hairline crack running from the rim.
