Description

the square baluster body rising from a high spreading foot to a waisted flaring neck, brightly polychrome enamelled to each face of the body with a landscape scene below a ruyi collar, the foot similarly decorated, the rim, edges and interior gilt 

Condition

This vase is generally in good condition, but there is some rubbing to the gilding to the interior and to the rim and to the horizontal bands, edges and base of the exterior. There is areas of pitting to the enamel to the exterior and one small area (5mm by 4mm) of enamel repair below the rim to one face.
