A collection of the original colored drawings, sketches, and cancellation proofs of Marie Laurencin's illustrations for the Black Sun Press edition of Alice in Wonderland.  [Paris, ca. 1929–1930]



6 original colored pencil drawings in pink, blue, and green, over black lithographed outlines, each signed in blue colored pencil by Laurencin (sheet size: 10 3/4  x 14  1/4  in.; 273 x 362 mm) — 4 lithographed plates of the black outlines only, each signed by Laurencin in pencil (sheet size same as the drawings) — 6 cancelled proofs of the lithographs, signed and stamped by the printer, E. Desjobert, 1930 (sheet size: 9  3/4  x 11  3/4  in.; 248 x 298 mm); minimal finger soiling at the edges of a few sheets.
