her hair falling in long voluted locks over the temples, and surmounted by a high Phrygian helmet with applied neck-guard.

Condition

The applied neck guard is chipped at one corner, the applied visor above the forehead is missing except for a fragment above the proper left ear; there is a chip above the bridge of the nose visible in the photo, two other very minor chips on the helmet, and a large ancient chip on the front proper right side of the neck.
