Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant with more light blue tones to the face and shirt and brighter and more vibrant purple tones to the jacket. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There are minute losses to the top and bottom right corners and a few minute losses to the lower end of the extreme right edge, probably inherent to the artist's working method. There is a small red circle adherent to the surface towards the top left corner, inherent to the artist's working process. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
