Condition

Colours: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although there is more contrast to the original, as well as more vibrancy to the orange tones. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is light wear to all four corner tips and in places to the left side of the top extreme edge. There are several media splashes in the lower left quadrant and a few further tiny media accretions scattered elsewhere. There are a few light horizontal rub marks in the lower right corner above the lower edge. There are three specks of paint loss at the bottom edge of the central orange element and a further light rub mark beneath this. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
