Ink Panel:
There are a few small patches of discolouration scattered throughout, notably along the right edge next to the hinges. In the lower part of the red panel there are areas of pinprick-sized white surface irregularities, and a further area of rub mark to the centre of the left edge. There are areas of discolouration scattered throughout the red ink pad, all of which are inherent to the artist's working process.
Aluminium Panel:
There are a few unobtrusive hairline scratches in places throughout.
