Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is more vivid and contrast more important in the original.
The work is in very good condition. A paint loss (approx. 3mm) is visible in the upper left quadrant of the work. A few stable cracks of paint are visible upon close inspection. A stable dent (approx. 10 cm) is visible upon very close inspection in the lower left quadrant of the work.
The canvas is not relined and no trace of retouching is visible upon UV light.
