Catalogue Note

Beginning in 1997, Nara and Sugito first produced colalborative works and ingnited the idea for an exhibition and book project.  This project, Over the Rainbow, was completed in 2004 after the artists lived together for three months in Vienna on invitation of the Atelier Augarten, the contemporary arm of the Österreichische Galerie Belvedere.  This work lists the music that inspired the two artists while in Vienna.
