Condition

This painting is in very good condition. There is a small scratch located at the left edge 14 - 14 1/2 in. from the top left corner. There is a light scuff in the lower left located 1 1/2 - 2 1/4 in. from the bottom and 4 1/4 - 5 3/4 in. from the left side. There are a few scattered clear drip accretions which appear slightly darker than the blue pigment, located as follows: 25 - 25 1/2 in. up from the bottom and 17 1/8 - 17 3/8 in. from the right = 7 - 7 1/2 in. up from the bottom and 15 - 15 1/2 in. from the right = 17 - 17 1/2 inches up from the bottom and 9 1/4 - 9 1/2 in. from the left. There are tiny spots of brown accretions in the ``I'' of ``imagine'' and a scattered grouping of brown accretions measuring 1 in. x ΒΌ in. located above the "ow" of drowned. Under Ultra-violet light there are no apparent restorations. However, there appear to be artist-made corrections to the edges of the ``t'' in ``understand''. This canvas is not framed.
