Condition
This work is in good condition overall. There is fine craquelure located at the pull margins with several associated spot paint losses. There is an 1/8 inch paint loss located 4 inches from the top edge and 5 inches from the left edge. There are two areas of hard craquelure located 8 inches from the bottom edge and 2 ½ and 4 ½ inches from the left edge respectively. There are additional scattered areas of fine and unobtrusive craquelure. A few light scattered pinpoint accretions and small abrasions are also evident on the surface. The canvas is light buckling at the top left corner. Under ultra violet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
