Condition

This work is in very good overall condition. There is evidence of scattered stable craquelure, most evident in the white circle located 16 inches from the top edge and 15 inches from the right edge. Passages of varnish, which appear original, particularly in the areas of white paint, appear to have slightly yellowed slightly with age. There are scattered areas of gold paint which fluoresce under ultra violet light but which do not appear to be restoration. Framed.
