The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly richer and deeper in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is a faint rub mark to the right extreme edge, 25 cm. below the top right corner tip, and a tiny indentation approximately 30 cm. below this. There is a very faint 5 cm. crease to the canvas in the upper left quadrant running diagonally from the left extreme edge, 25 cm. below the top left corner tip. There are intermittent tension cracks along the left turnover edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
