Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly warmer in the original, with the surface a rich brown hue.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There are a few spots of oxidation to the protruding elements, including the tips of the arms and head and in between the figure's legs, as well as a further isolated spot behind the figure's head. Upon close inspection, there are two pinhead-sized white media accretions to the figure's left shoulder.
