Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is lighter and more vibrant in the original, with the oranges tending more towards ochre and the greens more towards apple and forest green respectively.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Adjacent to the black mount of the frame, there are rub marks running intermittently along the top extreme edge and the top half of the right extreme edge, and a further tiny rub mark to the lower right corner. Upon very close inspection, there is a faint unobtrusive rub mark towards the lower left corner. There is a tiny glue deposit to the centre right of the bottom edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra-violet light.
