Condition

This work is in good condition. There is light wear around the edges of the canvas. There is evidence of restoration in the following locations which are all visible only under ultra-violet light: a moderate amount along the top and left edges of the painting; a few scattered spots in the orange background of the left side; two spots 18 ½ in. from the left edge and 17 ¾ and 21 ¾ in. from the bottom, respectively; a fine 1/2 in. line of inpainting 6 ½ in. from the right and 6 ¾ in. from the bottom.
