Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is a small loss in the red paint in the upper right corner located 1" from the right and 3" from the top. There is thick dust adhered to an area of heavy impasto 22 ½" from the top and 9 ½" from the right. There are scattered drying cracks, most evident in the following locations: an area 8"-10" from the bottom and 7"-10" from the right; an area 17 ½"-21 ¾" from the top and 7 ½"-9 ½" from the left; and in the bottom left corner in the brown paint 3 ½"-5" from the left and 2 ¾"-3 ¼" from the bottom. There are two circular areas of paint loss with lifting at the edges 22 ¼"-23 ¼" from the left and 23 ¼"-24 ¼" from the bottom. There is an area of lifting paint 11 ½" from the left and 28 ¼"-29" from the bottom. Under ultraviolet light, there are no apparent restorations. This work is framed.
