Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The drawing is rendered on two attached sheets, the join of which is a vertical line visible in the catalogue illustration. There are three linear incisions that create a rectilinear form which is also visible in the catalogue illustration and appears inherent to the artist's working method. Additionally, there are artist's pinholes at three of the four corners and all scattered marks and smudges appear original. There is a ΒΌ inch loss to the sheet located 7 inches from the left edge along the top edge. There is a faint and unobtrusive cluster of foxing located in the lower left corner of the sheet. The bottom right corner exhibits a 1 inch hard crease. Hinged verso to the matte intermittently along the edges and framed under Plexiglas.
