Condition

Pile is low to knotheads overall. Reduced in length and width with the vertical cut running through center of carpet and the horizontal cut running slightly below center. Scattered minor repiling. Remnants of old overtinting to ivory medallion. Some very minor tinting to exposed warps and wefts. Sides reselvaged. Ends missing outer guard border and parts of guard border, now with applied later flatwoven finish and fringes. Good overall condition, pleasing color palette of roses, cranberries, and nocturnal shades of blue.
