Pile generally good near original 1/8 inch with medium blues oxidized to knotheads and some scattered minor foldwear also low to knotheads.
Original upper blue kilim end finish folded under and sewn.
Original lower ivory kilim end finish folded under and sewn.
Original selvages with contemporaneous applied blue and red braiding on three sides, with blue and red cable stitch along top---minor fraying to braid and cable.
Supple handle, good overall condition.
Colors: madder red, rose red, light madder, soft rust, chocolate brown, dark blue, mid-blue, ivory, natural walnut
